이도훈, 가나스기 일본 외무성 국장과 북핵수석대표 협의<br /><br />After his visit to the U.S., South Korea's nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon stopped off in Tokyo to meet with his Japanese counterpart on Monday. <br />The two exchanged evaluations on the current stalemate between North Korea and the U.S.... and promised to work closely together. <br />This comes amid Pyeongyang and Washington continuing to openly give their takes on the Hanoi summit. <br />North Korea says it wanted a gradual rollback of its nuclear program in exchange for the partial removal of sanctions at each step.<br />The U.S. is asking Pyeongyang to take denuclearization steps with an overall roadmap in exchange for sanctions relief.
