Shocking video from eastern China showed an out-of-control car crashing into the guardrails and bursting into flames after missing a scooter by inches.<br /><br />The terrifying moment, filmed in Shaoxing City in Zhejiang Province on March 28, shows an out-of-control car narrowly missing a scooter head-on driving towards it.<br /><br />Then the car speeds into the guardrails on the side of a road and turning 360 degrees in mid-air while bursting into flames.<br /><br />In another video, black smoke billows out of the burning car sitting in the middle of the road.<br /><br />The car was consumed by the huge fire before firefighters arrived on site. The two people in the car were killed.<br /><br />The case was being investigated, according to reports.
