North Korea's state media is reporting that Russia's interior minister recently visited North Korea.<br />Watchers say this signals North Korean leader Kim Jong-un might visit Russia for a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future.<br />According to the Korean Central News Agency on Tuesday, Vladimir Kolokoltsev and other Russian officials arrived in Pyeongyang on Monday.<br />The report did not include details such as the purpose or duration of the visit. <br />Some say this is related to Kim Jong-un's possible visit to Russia within this month...because the North's protocol chief, recently traveled to the country. <br /><br />
