North Korea's state media is reporting Russia's interior minister recently visited the regime.<br />Watchers say this signals North Korean leader Kim Jong-un might soon visit Russia for a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.<br />The Korean Central News Agency says Vladimir Kolokoltsev and other Russian officials arrived in Pyeongyang on Monday.<br />It didn't include details such as the purpose or duration of the visit. <br />Watchers say it could be related to Kim Jong-un's possible visit to Russia sometime in April. <br />
