Korea's Immigration Contact Center is strengthening its interpretation service.<br />The Ministry of Justice says the center is increasing the availability of three-way calls between a foreign resident, a translator and institutions like the National Police Agency and the National Tax Service.<br />The helpline, which can be reached by dialing 1-3-4-5, …offers services in 20 languages including English, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.<br />Last year, the center received one-point-seven million calls, …mostly in Chinese followed by Vietnamese and English. <br /><br />
