Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman addressed students in English at the Rise of the Asian Tiger Convention in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) last night.<br /><br />He said Malaysians should at least be bilingual, and speaking in English doesn't make him 'less Malay'.
