Bollards were blown over by a helicopter flying too low while live-streaming a marathon race, injuring one runner in southern China's Chongqing City on March 31.<br /><br />In the video, a helicopter is seen flying very low in the sky to broadcast the 2019 Chongqing International Marathon.<br /><br />However, the bollards are suddenly blown onto the racing tracks in the path of the passing marathoners, injuring one.<br /><br />After the race, the runner complained to the organizing committee. The case was being investigated.
