Speculation has been rife for months that PKR deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali, and not his boss Anwar Ibrahim, will succeed Dr Mahathir Mohamad as prime minister.<br /><br />The latest claim making the rounds is that Azmin will be appointed as deputy prime minister during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations in early June.<br /><br />The post is currently held by Anwar's wife, Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.<br /><br />However, Azmin, said that he is in the dark about the speculation.
