Scotland has been plunged back into wintry weather, with the Cairngorms National Park being blanketed with up to 15 inches of snow, according to reports.<br /><br />Video filmed this morning (April 3) from the Cairngorms shows a pretty snowy scene, with birds singing in the background being the only sign that it is spring in the UK.<br /><br />Temperatures plummeted last night when the snow started around 4am, last night (April 3) according to weather forecasts. The filmer expected the snow by her home in Grantown-on-Spey in Scotland, but told Newsflare: "Usually it comes to nothing so I didn't expect this much!"<br /><br />According to the filmer, several inches of snow had fallen through the night with the A9 closure causing her to work from home.<br /><br />A yellow eather warning was issued by the Met Office.
