A cyclist was knocked off his bike by a hit-and-run driver in Leeds last night (April 2). <br /><br />Dash-cam video from a parked car in Beeston south of the city centre shows a speeding vehicle come from behind and collide with a cyclist ahead, knocking the rider to the ground.<br /><br />Customers from the local pub quickly come to the aid of the cyclist after the incident occurred. <br /><br />According to the owner of the dash-cam vehicle, a passenger in the hit-and-run car rolled down the window and could be heard laughing before the vehicle drove off. <br /><br />This could not be independently confirmed by Newsflare.<br /><br />"Police would not attend due to not having the vehicles registration plate number," the owner of the dash-cam vehicle claimed.<br /><br />West Yorkshire Police have been contacted.
