Travis Scott and Cardi B <br />Headline 2019 Made in America <br />Festival Lineup The annual Labor Day festival returns to Philadelphia on August 31 and Sep. 1. The full festival lineup was released on <br />April 2. Other performers include Juice WRLD, James Blake, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals and Kaskade. The festival is produced by <br />Jay-Z's Roc Nation. This will be the Made in America's <br />eighth straight year in the <br />City of Brotherly Love. The festival's official charity partner <br />is the ACLU of Pennsylvania. A portion of the proceeds will support <br />REFORM Alliance, the prison reform <br />organization led by Jay-Z and Meek Mill. Tickets go on sale this <br />Friday, April 5, at 10 a.m. EST.
