Ethiopian Airlines 737 Max Crew 'Repeatedly' Followed Recommended Procedures in Crash

All Boeing 737 Max jets have been <br />grounded pending a software update. The update is expected to be approved by the FAA <br />and offered to airlines in the next few weeks.
