South Korea's top security chief says it's highly unlikely another inter-Korean summit will happen before next week's meeting between Presidents Moon and Trump.<br />Speaking to the National Assembly's House Steering Committee on Thursday,.. Chung Eui-yong was asked whether President Moon plans to meet with Kim Jong-un before flying to Washington.<br />Chung says it'd be difficult to set up within such a short timeframe,... and insisted a summit with the U.S. should come first.<br />He added Seoul did not expect the Hanoi summit to end without an agreement,... adding neither Pyeongyang nor Washington predicted the outcome either. <br />
