5G폰 출시일부터 '경쟁 과열'…SKT, 갤S10 5G 지원금 기습상향<br /><br /> Competition is heating up among Korea's mobile carriers... with Samsung's launch today of its Galaxy S10 5G phone.<br /> SK Telecom has drastically increased the new phone discounts it gives to its subscribers from 320,000 Korean won to just over 540,000. <br />Its competitor LG Uplus had raised its subsidies just hours earlier.<br />Some say, though, that by doing that they might be at risk of breaking the law.<br />The other main carrier, KT, says it has no plans to adjust its discounts. <br />
