Tens of thousands of people took to the streets across Switzerland over the weekend to demonstrate against climate change.<br />According to several local media outlets,... a total of 50-thousand people marched, including 15-thousand in Zurich and 9-thousand each in the capital Bern... and in Lausanne.<br />The marches were organized by a number of activist groups,... including Greenpeace and Swiss Youth for Climate.<br />The protest was in part inspired by teenage Swedish activist Greta Thunberg,... who began weekly school strikes,... calling for policy changes on the climate issue. <br />
