Sobha has released their Q4 update and the new sales volumes have gone up 11.5 percent this time. The sales value has risen about 8.5 percent at Rs 700 crore odd. They have achieved a record Q4 in terms of pre sales numbers. JC Sharma, VC & MD of the company spoke about the latest happening in the company and gave his eoutlook for the futur.
