여야 5당 원내대표, 4월 국회 의사일정 합의 불발<br /><br />Those cabinet appointments cast a shadow, meanwhile, over the first day of parliament's April session.<br />The rival parties met on Monday to set an agenda for the next 30 days... but were unable to agree.<br />The main opposition Liberty Korea Party had said it would not cooperate on legislative affairs if the president went ahead with two of those appointments -- those for ministers of unification and SMEs.<br />They had criticized the unification minister for his past remarks and views on North Korea,... while the SME minister was criticized for refusing to submit documents concerning ethical lapses.<br />However, the ruling Democratic Party has said parliament needs to work together to revitalize the economy.<br />The parties did agree, though, to work on dealing with the aftermath of the wildfire in Gangwon-do. <br />
