Tabung Haji's record low dividend payout was the result of a choice between being dishonest or dutiful, said PKR president Anwar Ibrahim.<br /><br />At a talk in Rantau on Saturday he said Harapan can fake our accounts so people are excited, or we can fulfil our promise.<br /><br />Tabung Haji had announced a dividend of 1.25 percent. In announcing this Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Mujahid Yusof Rawa had blamed poor administration and creative accounting under BN.
