In trade talks this week, the European Union is expected to urge South Korea to follow International Labor Organization agreements.<br />Korea's Trade Minister Yoo Myung-hee and EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom will meet in Seoul on Tuesday for the eighth meeting on the Korea-EU Free Trade Deal.<br />South Korea plans to ask for improved export conditions for Korean steel, automobiles, and pharmaceuticals.<br />The EU will ask for more efforts from Korea to fully practice the I-L-O agreements -- an issue the EU first brought up last December. <br />
