Lori Loughlin Now Faces <br />Money Laundering Charges <br />in College Bribe Scandal Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, <br />were previously charged with paying $500,000 in <br />bribes to get their daughters into college. On Tuesday, the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney <br />announced that Loughlin, her husband and others <br />will also be charged with money laundering. The defendants are charged with "conspiring to launder <br />the bribes and other payments" through a fake charity, “as well as by transferring money into the United States, <br />from outside the United States, for the purpose of <br />promoting the fraud scheme.” According to Yahoo!, the new charge means the couple <br />could be facing up to 20 years in prison, three years of <br />supervised release and a fine of $500,000. On Monday, fellow actress Felicity Huffman, who is <br />charged with paying $15,000 to have her daughter's SAT <br />scores increased, made a deal and plead guilty.
