Finance chiefs and central bank governors of the world's major economies are meeting in Washington to discuss the prospects and risks facing the global economy.<br />The Bank of Korea says Governor Lee Ju-yeol is also attending the G20 Meetings of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors.<br />Lee is also scheduled to attend annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group on Friday to discuss ways to stabilize the global financial system.<br />The trip comes ahead of central bank's monetary policy meeting scheduled for next week, where the BOK's 2019 growth forecast for the South Korean economy is expected to be released. <br />
