Assange is wanted in the US over an investigation into WikiLeaks' leaking of classified documents concerning the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.<br /><br />The US Department of Justice said the charge related specifically to conspiracy to commit computer intrusion with US whistleblower Chelsea Manning.
