"One Sweet Day," her duet with <br />Boyz II Men, topped the charts <br />for a record-setting 16 weeks. According to Page Six, the <br />only song to tie that record was <br />2017's "Despacito," by Luis Fonsi. In addition to receiving <br />the award, Carey will also <br />perform at the event. The 2019 'Billboard' Music Awards, <br />hosted by Kelly Clarkson, will air <br />live on May 1 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
