An engineer in northern England filmed a machine that shapes metal plates into specialised shapes yesterday (April 11) in this oddly hypnotic video. <br /><br />Filmed at a workshop in Elland, West Yorkshire, the process shown is known as "metal spinning" and here shows a 0.9mm copper circular sheet being 'spun' into what will eventually become a hot water cylinder.
