South Korea is rolling out stronger restrictions on diesel emissions to tackle the fine dust crisis. <br />The Ministry of Environment says the government is starting a 40-day legislation notice period from today to set new standards for the nitrogen oxide emissions pumped out by diesel-powered vehicles.<br />The new regulations are expected to more accurately measure emissions as they will check numbers while the vehicles are actually are on the road,... unlike the in-house testings of the past. <br />The ministry says it will continue to set stronger regulations to reduce fine dust. <br />
