BISCUIT POKE CAKE RECIPE l EGGLESS & WITHOUT OVEN<br /><br /><br />INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:<br />½ CUP CONDENSED MILK<br />½ CUP OIL<br />MIX WELL<br />1.5 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR<br />1 TSP BAKING POWDER<br />½ TSP BAKING SODA<br />¾ CUP POWDER SUGAR<br />SIEVE<br />1 CUP MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)<br />1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT<br />MIX WELL<br />8 INCH OIL GREASED MOULD<br />POUR THE HALF BATTER INTO THE MOULD<br />PLACE THE BISCUITS<br />POUR ANOTHER HALF<br />COVER THE MOULD WITH FOIL<br />TAKE A FRY PAN & PRE-HEAT FOR 5 MIN.<br />PLACE THE MOULD OVER THE FRY PAN<br />COOK IT IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.<br />REMOVE THE FOIL (BE CAREFUL)<br />CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY <br />REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE MOULD<br />¼ CUP HOT MILK<br />¼ CUP CHOCOLATE<br />MIX<br />POKE THE CAKE<br />POUR THE MILK CHOCOLATE<br />SPREAD BISCUIT CRUMBS<br />MAKE PIECES<br />BANANA SLICES<br />CHOCOLATE SYRUP
