Recent satellite images show signs of movement at North Korea's nuclear reactor in Yeongbyeon ... indicating the possible transfer of radioactive material.<br />The U.S.-based Center for Strategic and International Studies said Tuesday that the images taken last week show five specialized railcars near its Uranium Enrichment Facility and Radiochemistry Laboratory.<br />Such activity in the past has been associated with the reprocessing of radioactive material into fuel for nuclear bombs.<br />An expert at the Stimson Center said that, if such reprocessing was taking place, the timing is significant... given that the North started something so quickly after the second North Korea-U.S. summit ended prematurely in February with no deal. <br />
