산업단지에 서비스업 입주 가능한 '네거티브 존' 생긴다<br /><br />Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon has announced a big new step toward deregulation.<br />The government is putting its "allow-first-regulate-later" approach into law, so companies can take bold decisions without getting tied up in red tape.<br />Under the new measure, companies will be able to run multiple types of business at a single factory.<br />Currently, for the most part, factories can only make what they're licensed to make.<br />But as soon as this September, they'll be officially allowed to branch out beyond manufacturing into services.<br />The government is hoping greater synergy will revitalize the local economy. <br />
