Attorney General <br />Barr to Release <br />Mueller Report The Attorney General <br />held a press conference <br />at the Department of <br />Justice prior to the release. During his <br />prepared statement <br />to the press, Barr described what the report <br />investigated, the conclusions of <br />the report and how the report <br />was redacted for the public. He reiterated the report found <br />no evidence that "any American" <br />conspired or coordinated with Russia <br />to influence the 2016 Presidential election. He also said that leaders of <br />"Congressional committees" would be able <br />to view the un-redacted report, except for <br />portions "relating to grand jury information." When asked if he would permit <br />Mueller to personally testify before <br />Congress, Barr said he had "no objection <br />to Bob Mueller" testifying before Congress.
