Heavy Traffic on Bengaluru-Mysuru Road near Ramanagara; Reason for Low Voter Turn Out

Heavy traffic on Bengaluru - Mysuru road near Ramanagara. On the other hand we saw low voter turnout in rural, south and central Bengaluru. Can that be the reason for such a low turnout? Did Bengalureans go out to holiday instead of voting?
