A magnitude 4-point-3 earthquake has struck in waters off Donghae in South Korea's Gangwon-do Province.<br />The Korea Meteorological Agency says it occurred at 11:16 AM Korea time.<br />The quake's epicenter was 54 kilometers northeast of Donghae, out in the East Sea.<br />The weather agency is currently looking into the quake,... and says there appears to be no damage as it happened under water and relatively far from land.<br />We will have more on this during our next newscast.<br />
