In an exclusive interview with The Star, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the people must be able to stand up to the Rulers if their action goes against the Constitution. <br /><br />He said he tried to correct the wrong by setting up a special court for the Rulers, resulting to the 1993 amendments to the Constitution, but unfortunately, the special court was only used once.
