Aftermath footage shows the impact of a blast that ripped through Zion Church in Sri Lanka's Batticaloa, where 28 people have died.<br /><br />Video shows first responders dousing a destroyed building in water and military on the scene while locals look on.<br /><br />Ambulances are also seen transporting the injured to a nearby government hospital.<br /><br />At least 207 people have been killed and 450 injured in explosions at churches and hotels in Sri Lanka, according to police.<br /><br />Eight blasts were reported, including at churches in Negombo and Colombo's Kochchikade district, in addition to Batticaloa, during Easter services.<br /><br />The Shangri-La, Kingsbury and Cinnamon Grand hotels and one other, all in the capital, were also targeted.
