Rescuers in Rio de Janiero are winding down their search for victims after finding the body of the last reported missing person from two recently collapsed apartment buildings.<br />Local authorities have confirmed the final death toll to be 23. <br />According to officials on Sunday, the body of the final female victim was pulled out of the rubble over the weekend.<br />Arrest warrants have been issued for three people suspected of being involved in the construction of the buildings.<br />Following the disaster, officials in Rio have ordered the demolition of 16 buildings that were either illegally constructed or appear to be in danger of collapsing. <br />
