At least 290 people have been killed, including dozens of foreigners, following a series of eight suicide bomb blasts across Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.<br /><br />500 people were also wounded, according to Sri Lankan police.<br /><br />The attacks took place at churches, and at luxury hotels across the island nation. <br /><br />According to the media in Sri Lanka, authorities have arrested 24 suspects in connection with the brutal attacks so far.
