정부, 연락사무소 통해 北에 4.27 1주년 행사 개최 통지<br /><br />Seoul notified Pyeongyang today... that it's holding a commemorative event this Saturday at the inter-Korean border village of Panmunjeom... to mark the first anniversary of the historic talks between South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.<br />Seoul's unification ministry reported just a few hours ago... that South Korea informed the North of the event... through the joint liaison office this afternoon.<br />Unlike speculation that the two Koreas would celebrate the day together, Pyeongyang had not been part of the planning efforts.<br />It's not confirmed yet whether North Korean officials will be attending the event.<br />Special stages will be set up on the South Korean side of Panmunjeom on Saturday for the commemorative event,... for art and music performances.<br />Among them will be concerts by artists from South Korea, the U.S., China and Japan. <br />
