이낙연 총리 "과기 성과, 이제는 세계 최초에서 최고로"<br /><br />Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon says South Korea has made great strides in science and technology.<br />That includes successfully launching the world's first 5G network service.<br />He made the remarks at an event commemorating Science, Information and Communication Day. <br />"Now we must make the world's best achievements. Let's create new standards for ICT and products and services of world-class quality."<br />The PM also called on experts to solve social issues, including fine dust and climate change through technology.<br />Lee vowed to implement a regulatory sandbox and increase funding to more than two billion U.S. dollars by 2022... to better support research. <br />Around 120 people were recognized for their contribution to advancing the country at the event. <br />
