She recently expressed her<br />disapproval of the $65.6 million<br />paycheck Bob Iger received in 2018. Abigail Disney,<br />via Fast Company Iger’s salary as CEO of Disney is 1,424 times<br />the median employee pay at the company. Abigail concluded that Iger<br />could have given a 10% raise to<br />every Disneyland employee and<br />still had $10 million left over. Abigail Disney,<br />via statement Disney responded to Abigail's comments,<br />citing their acquisition of Fox as a<br />reason for Iger’s increased compensation. They also touted their recent raising<br />of starting wages to $15, as well as<br />their commitment of $150 million to<br />education initiatives for employees.
