Man Sets Guinness Record By Watching 'Captain Marvel' <br />116 Times Steve Ruppel is now in the history books. He topped the previous record <br />by 13 viewings. Steve Ruppel, via WSAW Ruppel observed the Marvel movie all <br />116 times in just one Wisconsin theater, the Marcus Cedar Creek Cinema, which <br />is located in the town of Rothschild. Witnesses at the theater gave written<br />evidence that Ruppel was around for<br />the time of the showings. He also provided the Guinness Books with photographic evidence <br />as well. At one point, Ruppel watched <br />'Captain Marvel' seven times in 24 hours. He also admits he took <br />time off from work <br />to set the record.
