Offset Faces Felony Gun Charges <br />From 2018 Arrest In July of 2018, Offset was pulled over <br />for an improper lane change <br />in an Atlanta suburb. Three loaded weapons were found in <br />his vehicle and he was arrested. According to TMZ, prosecutors <br />in Georgia have filed <br />three charges against the rapper. Two of the charges are <br />misdemeanors for marijuana <br />possession and a traffic violation. The third is reportedly a <br />felony charge of possession <br />of a firearm by a convicted felon. Offset's lawyer, Drew Findling, <br />claims the case is unjustified. Drew Findling, to TMZ Offset has pleaded not guilty <br />and will return to court in May.
