삼성전자, 2030년까지 시스템 반도체에 133조원 투자<br /><br />Samsung Electronics says it will invest a total of 116 billion U.S. dollars in its logic chip business through 2030.<br />That's nearly six times what the firm currently invests... in total... on a yearly average.<br />A little over half of that will be allocated to R&D in logic chips, and the rest will be used for production.<br />The announcement comes as Samsung strengthens non-memory semiconductor businesses, such as foundry, to become the world leader in not only memory semiconductors but also logic chips.<br />Also during that time, it aims to create 15,000 production and research jobs. <br />
