Flooding reached the doorsteps of houses and created fast-moving rivers where sidewalks and roads used to be in parts of Central Ontario, Canada.<br /><br />The filmer said the flooding is caused by "warmer temperatures, rain and snow melting." <br /><br />The rising water levels has caused a state of emergency in the town of Bracebridge in Muskoka District Municipality.<br /><br />The video was captured today (April 24).
