From 1988 to 1994, subjects revealed<br />how much they eat breakfast on a daily basis. Ages of the subjects ranged <br />from 40 to 75 years old. In 2011, researchers went on to find that 2,318 of those polled had died. Specifically, 619 deaths were related to <br />problems with the heart. Of a variety of factors for heart disease, researchers found skipping breakfast <br />to be a definitive connection. The study's authors add that <br />high cholesterol is tied<br />to not eating in the morning. They also say skipping breakfast can lead to <br />increased chances of obesity and non-physical activity.
