Nikolai Patrushev, who is the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.<br />Patrushev is often described as Putin's right-hand man, and he will also meet with Seoul's National Security Advisor, Chung Eui-yong. <br />No details yet about the agenda, but it's largely expected to be about the North Korea-Russia summit.<br />Patrushev is also expected to talk about a possible visit to Seoul by President Putin... to reciprocate President Moon's visit last year to Moscow. <br />
