A Singaporean director of a used tyre processing factory pleaded not guilty at the Johor Baru Sessions Court on Thursday to a charge of conspiring with three others in the dumping of toxic waste into Sungai Kim Kim.<br /><br />Sim Wei Der, 50, faces a maximum jail term of five years and a fine of RM500,000 upon conviction.
