A group of protesters from Extinction Rebellion have blocked all traffic outside the Bank of England in central London this morning (April 25).<br /><br />Footage shows demonstrators holding placards as they stand in the middle of roads surrounding the Bank of England.<br /><br />Police officers can be seen patrolling the area.
