South Korea's National Security Advisor Chung Eui-yong also met with Patrushev today,... what can we take away from that meeting?<br />The presidential office said the talks between the two security advisers were just a regular security meeting -- following four previous similar meetings since the start of the Moon administration. <br /> But the timing does imply that President Moon is keen on the developments in the region.<br />And all this-- as we know,... comes on the back of the South Korean leader's efforts to get Pyeongyang and Washington back to the negotiating table for talks. <br />
