McDonald's Is Teaming up With AARP to Hire Older Workers The fast-food giant is partnering<br />with the interest group to hire <br />around 250,000 people. McDonald's says the plan is to <br />have new hires work early morning <br />and afternoon shifts. Some will start as early as 5 A.M. <br />when McDonald's says younger <br />people aren't as keen to work. The program will originally launch in a few states and target older people in the "lower-income" bracket. Americans 55 and older are becoming a larger factor in the labor industry.
