After the U.S. appointed Iran's Revolutionary Guard (core) Corps as a foreign terrorist organization, the State Department announced on Wednesday it has granted exemptions to new sanctions on IRGC.<br />Outlined in the federal register by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, it mentions that foreign governments and businesses that deal with IRGC will not be denied U.S. visas.<br />However, the U.S. government had made an exemption that under the designation, anyone who provides any "material support" would face U.S. sanctions and won't be granted U.S. visas. <br />
