'인증 위반' BMW 2심도 145억원 벌금…벤츠는 27억원<br /><br />The Seoul Central District Court has upheld its ruling against BMW Korea for fabricating emission tests.<br />It confirmed a fine of about twelve-and-a-half million U.S. dollars, while upholding ten-month prison sentences for six employees.<br />Also in today's ruling, the court decided to slightly reduce a fine against Mercedes-Benz Korea, which was found guilty of violating emissions-related certification procedures.<br />The court cut the fine by roughly 85-thousand dollars... to 2-point-3 million. <br />
